Natural flavoured water ♥

Water is fundamental for life and health as everyone knows but have you thought about making infused water to drink daily? Well, that is possible, by flavouring your water at home. Apart from making it more refreshing and delicious it also has detoxifying properties.

How to make it?

The recipe basically consists of mixing mineral / filtered water with fruits and or vegetables, teas or spices and thus getting a tasty drink. Avoid industrialized flavoured waters, as they can be filled with dyes, additives, sugars, etc … which in no way contributes to your health. That being said, prepare your flavoured water at home, it is healthier.

The water can be antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, thermogenic (accelerates the metabolism), diuretic, among others. There are many benefits according to the ingredients chosen.

Below are some suggestions for ingredients to make your water flavoured.

Mix two to four ingredients with water in a jar and wait 3 hours to drink.

Fruits: orange, lemon, pineapple, tangerine, apple, strawberries, blueberries …

Teas: lemon grass, mint, rosemary …

Spices: cloves, cinnamon, fennel …

Que a água é fundamental para o ser humano e o funcionamento de seu organismo, provavelmente você já sabia. Mas já pensou em incrementar a água comum consumida no dia a dia? Pois bem, isso é possível, aromatizando sua água.

Além de ficar mais saborosa, ficará mais refrescante e também poderá possuir propriedades desintoxicantes e detox.

Como?

A receita basicamente consiste em misturar água mineral/filtrada com frutas e ou vegetais, chás ou especiarias e assim obter uma bebida saborosa. Evite águas aromatizadas industrializadas, pois podem vir recheadas de corantes, aditivos, açúcares, etc… que em nada contribuem para sua saúde.

Então prepare sua água aromatizada em casa, é a melhor saída e sobretudo mais saudável.

A água poderá ser antioxidante, anti-inflamatória, termogênica(acelera o metabolismo), diurética, entre outras. São muitos benefícios de acordo com os ingredientes escolhidos.

Então veja algumas sugestões de ingredientes para fazer sua água aromatizada.

Misture de dois a quatro ingredientes com a água em uma jarra e espere 3 horas para beber.

Frutas: laranja, limão, abacaxi, tangerina, maçã, morango, mirtilo, entre outras;

Chás:   capim limão, hortelã, alecrim, erva cidreira …

Especiarias: cravo, canela, erva doce, gengibre…

Então misture os ingredientes de acordo com seu paladar, varie e saboreie essas delicias.
